Senior Living Consultant
A Norwalk, IA native, Jaime Paca joined the Holland Farms team as Senior Living Consultant. In her role, Jaime will work closely with families and residents who are considering making a move to Holland Farms, walking hand-in-hand through the process of choosing their potential new home.
Jaime has more than 20 years of sales experience, including 10 years working in medical and pharmaceutical sales. Through her experience, she was able to make connections with many seniors. This experience, combined with her love for her grandparents and an overall passion for assisting seniors, prompted her to make a career move to Agemark Senior Living.
“I chose to work for Agemark and Holland Farms because I feel like this company and community share my same values. I care deeply for seniors and Agemark does too!”
Jaime and her son, Frank, make their home in Norwalk. She enjoys animals, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and the Norwalk Warriors and reading historical mysteries.

Director of Dining
Director of Dining, Eli Rosenberg, looks forward to sharing love through his culinary expertise to benefit the residents of Holland Farms.

“Growing up, my family instilled in me that I should always look for ways to help improve the lives of others. That mentality drives me. I love combining my love for food with helping residents in our care. There is no reason that aging seniors shouldn’t enjoy an exceptional dining experience!”
